Dr Jennifer Wexler is an independent researcher and consultant working as a field and museum archaeologist in the UK, Italy, Egypt, and the USA. She specializes in archaeological landscapes, and the prehistoric and ancient archaeology of the Mediterranean and Western Europe.
She has worked extensively in Sicily where she has documented hundreds of prehistoric rock-cut tomb sites across the island. Jennifer is currently conducting research projects at the British Museum (Reffley Wood Project) and the Horniman Museum (Archaeology Review, as part of the Objects Peoples Stories Project) investigating forgotten archaeological archives in the museums.
